Bridging the Gap

Millennials and Mid-life Influences are partnering together today.

100 Millennials and 100 Mid-Life Influences are sharing experiences and friendships to  blur the boundaries and end stereotyping because we are stronger together.  We are putting an end to the labels and divisions that no longer serve us, as age is simply a number, while it’s your attitude and way of looking at life that truly matters.  Women supporting women…that’s what it is all about!  We are coming together to send a powerful message that we choose to be seen for who we are rather than be defined by our age.  We believe in a world without separation.

I’d like you to meet my millennial partner, Kim.

Kim is 32 years old and lives in Los Angeles.  Kim is pursuing a career in TV/Film Production (behind the scenes).  She is following her dream and making it happen!  Kim’s strengths are expressing herself artistically through visuals.  She loves bringing a concept from inception to completion whether it be a skit, short film or photo shoot.

Kim’ ultimate goal is to create original content such as comedies and drama for platforms such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and the big screen.

Kim and I are both born and raised in Florida and share a style that is simple and laid back.  We are both happy in jeans and a t-shirt.  Kim prefers a nice pair of sneakers, whereas I prefer heels.

Kim is a breath of fresh air! We both feel we have something to learn from each other as we share our experience, interest and blogs.  Kim worked for years managing a social media site, so she has experience that I can learn from.  In fact, Kim has already helped me with my blog! I look forward to our friendship. I’m always going to be just a phone call away lending a supportive ear and providing caring guidance for this awesome young lady that could be my daughter!

We feel it’s time to put an end to all labeling that separates us as we believe that #wearestrongertogether. There is wisdom in youth as well as wisdom in age.
